Technology Integration is best described as teachers and students using technological resources in the classroom to enhance and expand learning to the best of their abilities. It requires teachers to utilize technological resources in order to help students learn in ways they have not before while allowing students to learn at their own pace. For example, students are able to watch a video, use a computer or listen to a song that helps them understand the new concept that has been presented to them. It has allowed the learning to become more student centered. Students are able to guide their learning, take ownership of their work and be creative while the teacher has provided these resources and is available for guidance when necessary. |
